在台灣三級防疫警戒未撤除的情況下，相信不少新創團隊已經居家工作好一陣子。儘管現代通訊軟體發達，跨部門協作軟體也持續推陳出新，然而，對習慣面對面溝通的團隊來說，遠距協作仍是很大的挑戰。因此，這個月由 AppWorks 舉辦的 Online AI Meetup ，特別邀請到 Cinnamon AI 團隊擔任本月分享嘉賓。
Cinnamon AI ⾃成立之初，即是⼀間⽇本、台灣與越南三地團隊遠距合作的新創團隊，在長期跨越距離的遠端合作與管理之中，發展出屬於 Cinnamon AI 的跨國合作⽅法。因此，在本次的 AI Meetup 中，兩位來自 Cinnamon AI 的 AI Team Lead Jeff 與 Eason，將輪流分享他們跨國協作、領導的經驗，以及其中的挑戰與反思。

*Jeff Yang, Division lead at AI department
任職於 Cinnamon AI Taiwan，⽬前為 Visually-Rich Documents (VRDs) Understanding 部⾨負責⼈，帶領跨國團隊的研究⽅向與產品技術導入策劃。本⾝致⼒於 GNNs, OCR, Information Extraction, Continual learning, MLOps 等市場導向的相關技術研發，並擁有豐富AI產品開發經驗。

*Eason Cheng, Taiwan Engineering Lead at Development department
⼗年以上跨國公司軟體部⾨經歷，橫跨開發、測試、Scrum Master。經⼿過的產品從雲端到 AIoT，從 B2C 到 B2B。⽬前專注於如何讓軟體⼯程協助 AI 產品化。
